This is an accredited blended course covering confined space entry, permit systems and gas test atmospheres. It delivers a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for workers who are required to enter and work in confined spaces as part of their role.

Course delivery

This is a blended course. You complete the theory component online at your own pace, then attend a face-to-face practical assessment with a qualified trainer.

How it works:

  1. Complete the Part 1 online learning modules (approximately 3 hours, self-paced)
  2. Complete the Part 2 online learning modules (approximately 3 hours, self-paced)
  3. Complete the online self-marked quiz
  4. Attend a face-to-face practical assessment with a qualified Link Resources trainer
  5. Once competency is confirmed, your Statement of Attainment is issued

Entry requirements

To enrol in this course you will need:

  • Basic computer literacy and access to the internet
  • Sufficient English language, literacy and numeracy skills to participate in training and complete the assessment
  • The ability to attend a face-to-face practical assessment with a qualified trainer

There are no formal prerequisite qualifications for this course.
