Course delivery

The course is delivered entirely online, with no need to travel to a training facility. You complete the learning at your own pace, then schedule a short verbal assessment with one of our qualified trainers.

How it works:

  1. Complete the online learning module (approximately 1.5 hours, self-paced)
  2. Complete the interactive self-marked quiz
  3. Schedule your verbal competency assessment (approximately 20 minutes, conducted by phone or video call with a qualified trainer)

Once you pass the verbal assessment, your certificate is issued. Most students complete the full course in under two hours.
