Pathways

Completing the Mine Site Safety Supervisor program gives you the three units required to progress to more advanced qualifications in safety and risk management. Once completed, you may wish to continue with:

  • G2 Carry Out The Risk Management Process (RIIRIS402E): The natural next step, building on S1 competency to carry out advanced risk management processes. Completion of S1, S2 and S3 is required for enrolment in G2
  • Further resources and infrastructure qualifications: For those pursuing a full qualification in mining, civil infrastructure or workplace health and safety
  • Safety Supervisor Awareness: If colleagues need a non-accredited introduction to safety supervision before committing to the full program

For those who prefer a classroom environment, our face-to-face Mine Site Safety Supervisor course delivers all three units in a two-day program at locations across Australia.
